I had to reclaim HER to launch this event. To launch a mastermind with five awesome women after two ‘failed’ attempts to launch a 1:Many program. To go from zero MRR in January to multiple four figures 90 days later. To sell out six VIP spots for my first live event in 48 hours. To sell >50% of tickets in under two weeks.
I had to reclaim the version of me underneath decades of “what will they think, what if I fail, and is this even okay?”
After a while, the internal dialogue becomes WHO YOU ARE. You stop knowing who the heck you are underneath the veneer anymore. You cannot stand out, speak your truth, or take your business to the top from that place.
THAT is what this day is about

Stop talking herself out of every big idea that could blow TF up because she self-abandons.
Stop waiting for someone else to tell her it's good enough before she goes for it and launches the damn thing.
Get her fire back and burns a hole in the status quo because she KNOWS she is enough.
Stop switching her entire strategy because one launch didn't sell out, and she had a two month income dip and roots down into her TRUTH
Stop avoiding the follow-ups and sitting on DMs because she doesn't want to seem too much or mess up the sale.
Stop waiting until she feels certain before she launches the podcast, applies for the stage, hosts the event, or signs up for the mentorship she knows she needs.
When you are ready to be the reason, you take your business to the top, you reclaim HER.
There will not be reams of slides. There will not be pie-in-the-sky theory. And you will not be asked to do two truths and a lie…(IYKYK 😂)
Every single immersive session in this room is about you and your business. At the end of every session, you will be asked one thing: what is the one convicted next step you are taking in the next 30 days. Preferably, the next 24 hours.
You leave with a plan to execute on and step into your next level.
You open your camera roll with fresh new b-roll, shot yesterday, and you can feel the energy through the screen. That is the reclaimed version of you. Say hello to her. That same old footage you have been using on repeat since January, in your winter woollies in the coffee shop, gets retired to the recycling bin. You show up online with this new footage, and as soon as you press post, it feels different. People are in your DMs. It feels different because you look different. You feel different. You ARE different.
You open your laptop and look at your brand and have a whole body realisation, you’ve been hiding in plain sight. Your client results and the f women and the LIVES you’ve transformed are not in there. The thing that makes you different is buried in a post from months ago. That changes today.
A week later. An email lands in your inbox with a new headshot from Ally Berry, our event photographer and Identity Elevatrix. You update every platform, and people immediately start messaging you. New conversations open up. The woman in the photo is not the woman who walked into that room. She is the one who walked out. Let me tell you, she’s a different freaking animal.
“Easy tiger 🐯” is on repeat
A clear vision for your business, leadership, and life that is no longer filtered through fear, overthinking, or the need for permission. You'll leave with a bigger standard for what you actually believe is possible and the capacity to hold it.
The exact decisions, conversations, launches, follow-ups and visibility moves you've been delaying with clarity on what the convicted version of you would do next and the momentum to actually execute it.
A new standard for what you tolerate in business, your relationships, rooms, and your leadership. No more collapsing, shrinking or abandoning yourself the second things feel uncomfortable.
Real proximity to ambitious women who are done performing perfection and ready to build at a higher level. Not surface-level networking,, but honest conversations, expanded thinking, and the kind of room that changes what you believe is available to you.
The realisation that strategy was never the only thing holding you back. Because when you trust youself, move faster, and stop betraying your own vision, your business changes with you.
Before I became a good girl slayer, I was a resident good girl for over four decades.
Twenty years in corporate leadership, sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. I knew my stuff. I was an award-winning marketer for goodness sake, winning ‘Senior Marketeer of the Year’. I launched medical products across the UK and Ireland, achieving sales in the millions and leading teams of 20+ people.
In 2023, after getting laid off, I entered the online space, and somehow the good-girl conditioning had me pretending I was a beginner, walking into it like Bambi.
I grew up being told to get your head down and people will figure out what you are doing. Let your work speak for itself. Don't sell too much. Don't celebrate, as it is braggy. Don't move before it is perfect.
Basically, a list as long as my arm full of ‘don’ts’.
I was the only Black girl in my entire school and spent years trying to blend in.
Where did all of that get me? Lost in a sea of everyone doing the same thing.
The thing you are trying to hide, your edge and the unique way you see the world, is the exact thing that is going to build up your business. The one thing you have been told is too much is the one thing that needs to come out.
Since I started the reclamation, everything changed. I activate people. I know that now, and I am done waiting for permission to say it out loud.
I am a business coach and a good girl slayer, and if any of this sounds like you, you belong in this room.

All six VIP spots sold out within the first week. The VIP experience included an intimate masterminding breakfast with Nikki, a personalised mini brand photoshoot with 10+ professional images by identity photographer Ally Berry, and post-event drinks and canapés.
